I don’t know about you guys, but I thought Magic was the best Springsteen album in quite some time. He and The E Street Band sounded completely energized, so with the official announcement that he is releasing a new album, I find myself excited about a new Bruce album for probably the first time in my life (I was a kid when Born in the U.S.A. and Tunnel of Love came out, so I appreciated those retroactively). The album is called Workin’ on a Dream, it’s being released on January 27th just in time for Bruce’s performance on the Super Bowl, and it will again be produced by Brendan O’ Brien, who helmed Magic.
