  • Spring Singing Contest – Get Your Votes In!

    What a week last week!   Joe and Michelle bolted out of nowhere to take on the leaders about as fast as America bolted from Tim Urban Cowlick Boy.

    The Leader Board for an Amazon Gift Certificate is wide open.  YOU could win even if you haven’t played before.

    I’m required to admit that GG continues to lead everyone with 15 points, but he and I (and a bunch of Sonic Clashers) all picked Aaron Kelly to go home last week.  Since Aaron didn’t even land in the Bottom Two, the point totals were low this week.

    All you have to do to play is pick the Bottom Two after tonight’s competition as well as which singer goes home.  You’ll get 1 point for each singer you correctly place in The Bottom Two and a 2 point bonus if you select the singer Who Goes Home.

  • Andrew Garcia Good To Voters

    Sonic Clashers dig GG’s Mexican brother for leading the way to promised points.  Nearly everyone picked up at least 3 points as a result of picking Andrew in The Bottom Two and as a contestant going home.   Only one community member –Hea Jin–put Katie in the Bottom Two, and yes, she went home too.

  • Goodbye Garcia?

    With slightly over 2 hours to go until the results show, Andrew Garcia is in danger of being sent home.

    That’s the opinion of 100 percent of Sonic Clashers playing this week’s Spring Singing Contest. (Hey, you can play too!  We need you to CAST YOUR VOTE BEFORE the East Coast version of the results show airs.   This season’s winner gets bragging rights and a $25 Amazon gift certificate).

    How bad was Andrew last night and in the previous weeks?   Well, there’s that one hundred percent thing.  Writing about last night’s performance show at Roheblius, our own Double G wrote  about Garcia singing The King with still-clenched teeth, “If they did Elvis: The Corny Musical, Andrew could perform this song. This dude’s going home tomorrow.”
